synopsis

Dome, who works as a barista at a café that is about to close, gets an unexpected job offer. Khatha, a regular at the café who never drinks coffee, makes the offer. The position is at an odd museum that only opens at dusk. Dome accepts Khatha's offer because he has few options.

An employee informs him on his first day that the museum is haunted. Dome is tempted inside Zone 16 despite being prevented from doing so by the overseer. Dome has unintentionally awakened something, despite Khatha's efforts to contain the damage. Within a short amount of time, nearly all of it is lost. Dome apologises for the misfortune he has brought to the museum and makes an effort to locate the items that have gone missing so that they can be returned to their proper places.
